David Gilbert – New Work Producer

David is the New Work Producer in Talawa's New Work department which is responsible for finding and nurturing new and emerging artists, and supporting the development of the theatre-makers that Talawa works with.

Alongside working at Talawa, David is a freelance director and theatre maker.

David has an ongoing fascination with African history and the origins of all things.
