Join Our Team : Senior Producer
We are hiring for a Senior Producer to join us as we enter an exciting new phase of our development.
Working closely with the Artistic Director and Executive Director, the Senior Producer will support the development of Talawa, as partner for London Borough of Culture 2023, our creative programme and touring partnerships, Black Joy season, an exciting new commission for our 40th Birthday in 2026 and more.
The Senior Producer will be joining the team as the 2023 season is underway and supporting the lead up to 2024 and beyond.

Responsible to: Artistic Director with a dotted line to Executive Director
Responsible for: Assistant Producer, Freelance creatives and technical crew
Key working relationships: New Work Producer, Community Engagement Producer, Marketing & Communications Manager & Executive Director
Contract type: Full-time, permanent (hybrid working) and (job share joint applications are welcome).
Hours: 40 hours per week including a lunch break of 1 hour, worked over 5 days Monday to Friday. Additional hours may be necessary to fulfil the requirements of the post, including evenings and weekends, and travel out of London when required
Salary: £36,000 - £38,000 per annum depending on experience
Holiday:24 days per annum plus bank/public holidays
