  • Overview and main purpose

    The Training Coordinator will be responsible for admin and logistics in arranging our Unconscious Bias, anti-racism and diversity Training with external organisations.


    About Talawa Training

    Our bespoke Unconscious Bias, Diversity and Anti-Racism training is helping to challenge structural inequalities.

    The training is delivered in three stages with a mix of practical activities and experiential learning which requires active participation and dialogue. 

    We offer a hands-on and practical deep dive involving all staff from every level of the organisation, building a collective understanding of Unconscious Bias, Diversity and Anti-Racism and why inclusion and anti-racism matters. By working together, everyone holds themselves and each other to account to achieve and sustain meaningful behavioural change across an organisation. 


    Key responsibilities

    You will be responsible for the day-to-day administration and coordination of our Training programme. You will support the Community Engagement Team to develop the training and support the facilitators. You will also work closely with the Community Engagement Team and Marketing Team on outreach and engagement.
