Gail Babb - Participation and Education Officer
Gail graduated with a degree in Drama from Hull University in 2004. She has extensive experience of facilitating projects with young people and marginalised groups, having worked within schools to provide SEN support, and on a wide range of extra-curricular outreach projects. This includes work with London Bubble Theatre Company, East London Dance, and East-Side Educational Trust. Gail became Education and Outreach Officer at South Hill Park Arts Centre in 2005 where she devised and delivered community arts initiatives, programmed highly successful courses, workshops, festivals and holiday activities and established the art centre's first ever 'Young Board'.

Gail is currently a board member of CIAO! (Children's International Arts Organisation) who provide access for children and young people in South East England to a diverse experience of international and world class performing arts, through their annual festival and year-round participatory projects. She is also a student at Goldsmiths, University of London working towards an MA in Applied Drama: Theatre in Educational, Community and Social Contexts. She is now the Participation and Education Officer for Talawa.
